On A Jazzy Note
Carolynn joined the band at school this year. I couldn't afford to buy her an instrument, so she had to play whatever the school had available to loan. She really wanted a saxophone, but she was told yesterday that there were more saxophone hopefuls than available saxophones. She was hopeful. Today, as I was walking over to meet her from the bus, she comes carrying a large bag. I asked, "Carolynn what's in your luggage?" She just grinned.

Love the sax! Hope she doesn't make too many squawks and drive you out of the house (or your mind).
ReplyDeleteWell heck she looks like she has been playing forever. She will be playing some Jazz and blues before you know it.....or maybe she will play glow worm like Lucy
ReplyDeleteRight now she sounds like an elephant at mating season. 30 Minutes of practice is a very long time.
