I'm Trying
Eve over at Adams Wife's Weblog sent me these today. She is such a sweetheart. I really am trying to remain positive, but it is REALLY hard at this point. Her life isn't exactly peaches and cream right now either, but she took the time to send these to me and I am sharing them. It would do us all some good.

just read your last post and is almost crying. She knows all about what you are talking about. She cleans houses for money - and that seems to work pretty well still so far.... you just have to find the first clients.... And no heater here either, but she is lucky to get free firewood from friends...
The election was a big step in the right direction but it won't make the economy turn around any time soon - it's time to reach out and barter and help each other (neighbors) out again!!! With so many people hurting - only community efforts will help!
Thanks for your support. I don't know many people around here (but I met a couple of people today) and it's the blogger community that I get the most support from. You all may be virtual but the sentiment is real.
