I totally had another post all ready for today. But instead...
Today at work, one of my co-workers had what appeared to be a heart attack and passed away. This morning he came to work, his wife and son expecting him home this evening, and he did not return.
Take a moment right now and go hug those you love. You never know how many more days you have.
