I gave up on Survivor. I just don't have enough interest in it this season. I watched the first several seasons, then I stopped for a few seasons, then I watched the China one because I was interested in the first American show ever filmed in China. I enjoyed it and I figured Fans vs. Favorites might be cool, but it just doesn't hold my interest. There are so many better shows to watch and so many better things to do.
I just noticed Trish didn't do her Thursday Meme because she was busy ranting about poor customer service and tipping in restaurants. This week's question is easy so I am covering it.
This is brought to you by Booking Through Thursday...
Well, I think hard covers look so much nicer on shelves and line up so much easier, however paperbacks are easier to read because they are lightweight and I can throw it in a purse or whatever. I guess if I had to make a choice I would have to go with paperbacks.
To be honest, I forgot yesterday was Thursday, lol. I agree with you on the meme, however. Hardcovers look nice on the shelf but they're really hard to read in bed which is where I do most of my reading.
ReplyDeleteMe too. I prefer paperbacks. Easy to carry!

With the amount of votes that Lightning McQeen has recieved on your poll it would seem that not many "true" NASCAR fans are among your readers. Thats ok though we can go to the track and not eat any BBQ possum. Grandpa has been checking the weather report dailey for rain in the forcast. I do not know what time we should get there and if you want to meet up with us some where by the track, like ontario mills? Shari said to give her a call and let her know so she could see if she could come and pick us up with a cart so my dad doesn't have to walk so far. So send me an e-mail and give me a plan. We will take a ton of pictures my cousins have that red hair thing going on too. I hope we do not get rained on.
ReplyDeleteI can't get into Survivor this season either. I was hoping it would be good because of Fairplay but then he went and basically left on his own.
ReplyDeleteRe: BTT, I prefer paperbacks but hardbacks for thos special books I like to keep.
