It's Hot!

Okay, maybe not to some people. It is only in the high 70's here. However, back in the hometown's, it's much hotter. Just one of the many reasons I am glad I live here in Vista.

Happy Birthday Trisha!

I made that video awhile ago, when I first started making them. I never posted it, but Trish has already seen it. Anyway, HAPPY BIRTHDAY! How does it feel to be 30? Pretty much the same as 29 right?

Anyway, that is all I have to say for now. Trish, have a super excellent day!

Back In The 70's

Catherine has a very active imagination. She is always drawing, painting, or playing pretend. (Last night she was going around waving a white flag she made while holding a sign on a Popsicle stick that I said, “I surrender”. When I asked what she was doing, she said she was a coyote.) Another thing about Catherine is she loves to cook. She likes to try new foods and loves to watch the Food Network. I like the Food Network too. Everyday when I get home from work, we make dinner and watch cooking shows. We watch Semi-Homemade with Sandra Lee and 30-Minute Meals with Rachel Ray. We like several more and we love Iron Chef America, but everyday we watch those two right after I get off work and those two usually have the easiest recipes. Catherine writes down the ones she wants to try and then we look them up on the internet.

Yesterday, on Semi-Homemade, Sandra was giving a wine and cheese party. All of Sandra’s shows come with a party theme and a “tablescape”. She made several things with cheese and she made a cheese fondue. Catherine wanted to do that. She also announced she was going to have a party like Sandra Lee always has. However, she does not like wine and cheese parties. She asked me when else do people fondue. I told her people did a lot of fondue in the 70’s. Then she needed to know what else people did in the 70’s. We got online and learned about disco and leisure suits and she began making plans….

On July 14, we are having a 70’s Party. She is working on a custom music CD. We are going to have fondue. We are going to play cards. (She saw that on VH-1’s “I Love The 70’s” she said) She is working on some other plans. Usually, when she starts in on some huge plans, I scale her back a bit. However, I figured this time, why not? It’s only cheese. How much could a fondue pot cost? Not much, I noticed. We have a fondue set but it is for hot oil fondue. Maybe we will use that too. She wants to do a chocolate fondue for dessert. Maybe that is going too far…

Anyway, we can probably fit a few more people around the cheese pot. If anyone is interested let me know. I am sure that most of you who would be interested live too far away. It will be fun anyway. I am sure there will be a video.

Reality Bites

Okay, I admit it. I watch reality shows. Not many, but I watch them. Everyone knows we watch American Idol. We used to watch Survivor, but after about 10, I gave up. However, this summer has hooked me on two and there is one coming that I want to see. I am currently watching America’s Got Talent and The Next Best Thing. I want to watch the Singing Bee. I bet I would kick butt at that game. America’s Got Talent has a ton of interesting acts. In addition, I love the impersonators on The Next Best Thing. I saw on the news that the first auditions for the next American Idol are to be held here in San Diego at Qualcomm Stadium at the end of July. Therefore, if you are between 16 and 28 get down there and sing!

Part 2

The cows and the piggy poofed themselves to a big mansion with a giant pool. I wish my life to be like this.

The End

A Poem

This is a poem from Jack Prelutsky about waking up.

I Got Out Of Bed

I got out of bed
sensing something was strange,
and swiftly discerned
that I gone through a change.
My smile in the mirror
reflected as a frown,
the head on my shoulders
had turned upside down.

The mirror revealed
that I wasn’t quite me,
my eyes filled the space
where my lips used to be.
My upside down ears
seemed unwieldy and weird,
and the hair on my head had the look of a beard.

If I should go out
in the rain, I suppose
that water would fill
my unfortunate nose.
The only advantage
I find in my head,
it’s taught me one lesson-
don’t get out of bed!

More Than Meets The Eye

Are there hidden messages in this blog? Are there secret meanings hidden between the lines? Is each word and each sentence trying secretly to tell you some hidden thought? Are there hidden clues to some ulterior thoughts in each video? Are the videos crafted in order to spite or ridicule? Are the pictures meant to tell you something other than what is going on in the picture? Is this just a picture of Catherine at Seaworld or is it something more?

NO!

Every thing I write means exactly what it says. If I wrote it, that is what I meant to write. If I meant something else, I would write something else. Each video is a collection meant to tell the story and nothing more. They show how our vacation went, what we did over the weekend, maybe a collection of pictures from one’s life. Even a video of fun pictures set to a song that makes Carolynn rock out is just that. A picture of Catherine is meant to show you… a picture of Catherine.

Come on people! As shocking as it may be to some of you, I am just not clever enough to insert hidden agendas. It is what it is and nothing more.

***************************
On the other hand, maybe you just read that and thought, “What a clever way to try and hide the hidden agenda, by pretending that it isn’t there.” Perhaps you read that and thought, “This must be a way of bringing the hidden agenda to light.” Now you are looking for hidden meanings in older posts. It is not very probable that you just read that and thought, “Of course there are no agendas! Duh! It’s just a blog about some people.”

People will read what they want into my posts. They will twist them to become whatever they want them to be. There is no stopping it. Videos featuring pictures of fun times are no longer fun, but are slaps in the face to some people. A video of Catherine loading the dishwasher is no longer a video of a kid doing her chores, but really shows that I am so mean and lazy that I force my children to clean all day. A picture of Carolynn making a terrible face is no longer a picture of a kid who just bit a lemon, but really shows how unhappy my children are and what a terrible parent I am. A post about my bosses amazing ability to work in this frigid office is no longer about the air conditioner, but about my dissatisfaction with my job and how miserable it is to be me.

To each his own….

Only I know the truth as I am living it everyday.

The Battle Of The Air Conditioner

I wore a sweater and long pants to work today. Why you ask? It's June. However, my boss insists on keeping the air conditioning on full blast. It gets even slightly warm and on it goes. He turns it on. I turn it off. He turns it up. I turn it down. I open the doors to let in air. He closes the doors to keep the cool in. I tried to counter it with my sweater, but I was still cold. Then, of course, when I got in the car, I was hot. It is June after all.

Why is it when you need nail clippers you can't find them, but when you don't care you find 10 of them around the house in various areas?

The Pig, Fairy and the Three Little Cows

Once there was 3 little cows. Their names were Cow, Cow Jr., and Cowalyna. Then there was a monster named D.J. He ate every last bite of them. But then a pig fairy named Piggy, she poofed D.J. away forever. And the cows...

to be continued...

Thanks

I would just like to add a thank you for all of those who gave pictures of pets that Carolynn used for her movie. She had so many she couldn't use them all. She almost forgot to put her turtle in and forgot to add some cute pictures she had of my friend Angela's dog dressed as Superman. But I think she did a great job and her choice of song was excellent.

Not As Crazy As You Think

On Friday, I heard this huge boom and the ceiling tiles jumped in my office. The door opened, the windows rattled and everything on my desk shuddered. I did not know what it was so I went out to the warehouse to see if the guys out there had done something. They tried to convince me it was Marines at Camp Pendleton. That actually happens around here pretty regularly, but not that loud or with such force. I saw this on the news today. Glad to hear I am not going crazy.

Saturday Evening Post

The Rookie

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
We went to the Albertson’s to get some groceries for the week and Catherine picked out a box of Trix cereal. On the box, it announces “New Fun Shape”. All they had done was make little round colored balls. That is not new. That is what Trix looked like when I was little. I guess it was when I was a teenager they started making them fruit shaped. Now it is “New” ball shapes. That sure is “New”.

Trix from the 60's

Trix from the 70's

Trix Fruit Shapes

"New" Trix Shape

In other cereal news, didn’t the Cap’n Crunch Crunch Berries used to be pink? Carolynn got a box of that and the berries are pink, purple, green and blue. What is up with that? At least Tony the Tiger is still the same. He’s grrrrreat.

We are still cleaning around here. It will take some time to get everything really organized. The pile for the Goodwill sure is getting big though.

In The Summer

Awww! We didn't go to Seaworld on the 9th. But we went to Disneyland. We went... well the first ride we went on was the Matterhorn. Then we went over to the Califonia Adventure. The first ride we rode there was the Grizzly River Run. The second ride we rode was the Tower of Terror. Then we ate. Mom didn't go on the Tower of Terror. Next we went back to Disneyland and went on the Haunted Mansion. Next we went on Space Mountain. Then went back to California Adventure and saw the electric parade. Last we went back to Disneyland and saw Fantasmic.

The Funny Farm

Two days ago a farmer came out to play. He found that his cows were dead. Now his dairy farm is poor. So he ate the cows and got new ones.

The End

A Is For...

We would like to add more guesses to what the name of Joe's kid is... I guess Allison... Adelaide... Adrianna... Amy or Alexandria. Carolynn would like to try Abagail.

You know what is going to happen right? Eventually someone will tell us and we will be way off. Her name will be like Lisa or Yvonne or Zoe or Samantha or something not with an A. However, after all this, when I finally find out, I won't likely forget it again.

Let The Good Times Roll

It’s Friday!

I am still a little worn from our mid-week Disney adventure. I will do some recuperating this weekend. We are doing some serious cleaning around our place right now. Last weekend we spent the whole weekend cleaning out the girls’ room. We took out four bags of clothes and toys for the Goodwill and countless bags of trash. This weekend we are tackling my room (where everything ends up for some reason) as well as the hallway and both bathrooms. Next weekend we will go with the kitchen and dining room. After that we will do the living room and David’s area (which is where everything else ends up), and finally the porch and storage area. By the end of the summer, we should finally be totally organized for the first time since we have lived in Vista. Moving gets everything all out of whack. That is why I am so reluctant to move again.

I am working on that Disneyland video I promised. I should have it up by tomorrow at the latest. I am also working on two other videos now. One, I am nearly finished with and should be up soon. The other, well, that one is harder. I was making a video that will feature people who DO NOT live in this house. My friend Trish makes it quite easy to steal pictures from her. My friend Angela sent me some and she made it easy for me to steal some from her My Space. (I am totally against My Space, just for the record.) My friend Cari promised me some, but I may have to beat her up to get them. My friend Heather is always sending me pictures. I have pictures of my family, but I certainly could use some new ones. I do not have any pictures of my brother’s family. (His girlfriends name is Nicole! I remembered that earlier! Go me! However, I cannot remember the little girls name… I think it started with an A. Andrea? Amber? Alexis? Carolynn thinks it is Ashley.) I have a few pictures of David’s family, but I could also use some new ones. As soon as I collect up the pictures I need for that one I will post it.

Carolynn is making a couple of videos too. One of them she needs your help with. She wants to make a movie about pets. So what she would like if for everyone to send us pictures of your pets. You can send us short video clips too, if you have them. If you do not have digital pictures, you can always let us know and mail us a picture in the regular mail, which we can scan and use and send back. She would love it. Send them to her (or to me if you prefer) so she can get started. Her other video is about chores so I do not think she will be needing help with that one. (Help with the chores maybe, but not the video.)

Catherine is trying to think up something to get people involved in too since Carolynn is collecting pets. I will let you all know what she decides.

That is about it. It’s a slow news day. We posted a little quiz, but we made it pretty easy.(unlike my friend Trish who made hers difficult.) Enjoy.

My Last Post On The Subject

I would like to clarify about three things brought up by yesterdays post fest.

1. I am not tracking visitors to my blog to use in some malicious fashion myself. I, much like my good friend Trish, started tracking them just to see how many visitors I got for fun. If I cared who read my blog I could easily make it a “members only” blog and a person would have to sign up and sign in to read it. I don’t post anything I don’t want people to know. I stand behind everything I write. I could delete stuff if I wanted to.

2. I was looking into who was reading yesterday for the sake of Carolynn and Catherine. Both of them enjoy putting stuff up, but of course, to them, it is more fun if someone besides them reads it. Therefore, they wanted to know who reads it. This prompted the whole who reads this fest.

3. Finally, and no disrespect to my readers, it just seems like such a waste for people I know, who should be an actual part of the lives of me and the girls, to instead “secretly” read about our lives.

Therefore, with that said, and that being the last of my posts on the subject, we will move on. So those of you who read, please continue. Those of you who don’t, well, you didn’t know anything about this anyway did you?

We write these blogs for fun. So let’s get back to that.

Tropical Fruit... Are You Reading It?

This little quiz tests your knowledge of the members of Tropical Fruit! Good Luck!

Tuesday of Fun

On Tuesday we went to Disneyland. The first thing we did was check the wait for Space Mountain. The wait for the long so we got fast pass. The fast pass was for 7:00. Next we took a picture with Cruella DeVille. She wanted to make the Koda on Catherine’s shirt a carpet. Then we went over to the Coca-Cola shop because David wanted a soda. Then we went over to the Nemo ride. The wait was 120 minutes. 2 Hours! After that we went on the Matterhorn. It was really cool. Next then we went to the California Adventure because the lines were too long. We went on water rapids. We got soaked. Finally we (me, Catherine, and David. Mom did not like that ride.) went on the Tower of Terror. The ride shut down, but then we rode it. Continually we went to a airplane place where we ate. I had ribs. Catherine had a burger. Then we went on Space Mountain. We went through really fast because of are fast past. After we saw a parade. Then the electrical parade in the California Adventure. It was great. We came home around 1:00 am. My feet hurt and I was tired.

Now That I Think About It...

So all of this looking into who visits our blog got me thinking. I estimate about 20 people read this blog regularly. Only about 3 of these people post comments on here. About half of those who read write e-mails to me in response to our website. The rest of you (and you know who you are) are readers who act as if they do not. Do you consider that internet stalking? Is this the same as, in the olden days, calling someone repeatedly to see if their home? Is this even worse, as you gain details of our lives, pictures and more, without actually being a part of our lives? My friend Trish has her opinion on this, but I tend to disagree in my situation. I think if you want to be part of our lives, then be. Join us, be part of the adventure. If you want to continue to just read and not join, well, this is a public website. I cannot stop you. However, if you want to join, you are more than welcomed.

One Final Statistic

Okay, the IP address 71.177.16 is not from Menifee, California. That is just the route it took. It actually comes from a Verizon internet user in Apple Valley, California. So, whoever you are....

Mom
Dad
Sarah
Joe
Joe's girlfriend who's name I can't remember, and I feel terrible for it

Hi! Thanks for reading! We love you!

Stats (Updated)

Over the last two weeks, I have tracked the amount of people who view this website. Here is what I have come up with:

In 2 weeks, we have had 68 visits. That is an average of 34 visits a week. That is an average of five visits a day. That is an average of one visitor every 5 hours.

The majority of these visits come from AOL as you can see. We have had 26 AOL visits in the past two weeks. That is an average of two visits per day. I have no way of confirming who visited when. However, I do know that my parents, my aunt and uncle, and my Grandma (when she is at home), all are AOL users. Therefore, I would like to say Hello Family! to those AOL users who are visiting.

My Grandma also checks when she is at work in El Cajon. She has visited from work twice in the last two weeks. Hi Grandma!

My friend Heather, in Virginia, visited 8 times in the last two weeks. That is just over one visit every other day. Here is a friendly Anchors Aweigh! to Heather, Ken (who is overseas serving his country, but will be home soon), Joey and Kayleigh. (I hope I spelled that right!)

My friend Cari, in Indiana, has visited twice in the last two weeks. She does her visiting from her work. Here is my Hello to Cari! Say hi to Glenn, Scott, and Paige for me!

Here is where it gets a bit tricky. I have confirmed three visits from New Bern, North Carolina, where my friend Trish lives. However, I have had 19 more visits from an ISP address of 71.177.16 over the last two weeks. I currently believe that this is also Trish, though there are two different ISP addresses involved. This theory has yet to be confirmed. (Hi Trish… who’s almost 30 HA HA!)
This mystery has been solved... well sort of. The three confirmed New Bern were in fact Trish, however, the 19 unidentified were not. The 19 visits came from the Menifee, California area. I don't know anyone in Menifee, or the area. But with the fact that this person has visited our site 19 times in two weeks, this makes me think you may know us. So, if you do, please let us know who you are so we can say hi to you.

In other related visitors, in the last two weeks we had one visit from an unknown ISP (76.181.23) that linked to us from “A Woman’s Blog Is Her Castle”. This visit came at 3:18 am one night. (Hello whoever you were. Shouldn’t you be in bed so late at night anyway?)
Another mystery solved. This one came from Marion, Ohio. Hi Trisha's family!

We have had two visits in the last two weeks from another of those unknown ISP addresses (71.165.164). I have seen this one before and I am sure this is someone we know. So whoever you are, confess, and we will say Hi to you too.
Another mystery solved... This one is from Whittier, California. My friend Angela lives in that area and I believe these are her visits. Hi Angela!

Two more visits came from different unknown ISP addresses these past two weeks. (76.187.91) Whoever this is linked our blog from an email they received in their Yahoo! e-mail account. I personally only sent this link by e-mail to one person with a Yahoo email. That was David’s sister Gena. I cannot confirm it was she who visited those two times, but, Hi Gena.
Confirmed as Gena!

Here is an interesting one, in the past two weeks we have had two visits from Elmira, New York. Those aren’t the first times I have seen that one either. However, I don’t believe I know anyone in Elmira, New York. So whoever you are, I hope you enjoyed your visits. Feel free to visit some more. If we know you, confess it and we’ll say Hi to you too. Otherwise, Good Afternoon Elmira!

Finally, we had one hit from Australia. It came from someone in Sydney, New South Wales who uses the Australian version of MSN. This visitor arrived at our blog by mistake I am sure, but G’Day! to the folks down under.

My Feet Hurt… And Other Things That Come From A Day at Disneyland

There will be a video later, when I feel like making one. I have two other videos in process right now and Carolynn is working on one. Sometimes I just can throw them together easily. The Father’s Day one I made only took me a minute to put together. It took much longer for the girls to make the art. Sometimes they take longer because you have to gather the pictures or video you want to use. Anyway, I will make a Disneyland video I just have not yet.

Anyway, yesterday we spent the whole day at Disneyland. And I really mean the whole day. We left in the morning and returned to the house about 1:00 AM. My feet hurt so bad this morning I could not get my shoes on. I had to wear flip-flops to work. My legs ache too.

First thing yesterday morning we went and got a box of donuts, which we ate while getting ready. We left the house about 10:00 AM. We arrived at Disneyland, parked and took the tram to the entrance. By the time we got all the way in it was about 11:30 AM. We ran into Cruella DeVille on the way. She told Catherine she was going over to the California Adventure to find Koda and make a rug out of him. (Catherine was wearing a Brother Bear shirt and the Brother Bear area is in the California Adventure.)

The girls were each allowed one ride they just had to ride. Catherine picked Space Mountain. Therefore, we headed that way first. The line was a 75-minute wait. Luckily, they have Fast Pass so we got our Fast Pass tickets to come back between 7:05 and 8:05 later that night. Next, we looked at the new Finding Nemo submarines. The line there was 2 hours. We decided to come back later. Carolynn’s must ride was the Matterhorn. We rode that. It was fun. We then walked around and checked a few other things. We wanted to ride Peter Pan, but for some reason that line is always long. It fluctuated between 60 and 90 minute waits all day and we never did ride it. Same thing ended up happening with Nemo. The line never got less that 2 Hours. Oh, well, there will always be other times.

We went to the California Adventure next. We went on the Grizzly River Run rapids ride. I got so soaked. It took most of the rest of the day to dry. I did get a cool new pin to commemorate the occasion. The girls and David rode the Tower of Terror (I will not do it again.) and we had lunch. We went back to Disneyland after that. We rode the Pirates of the Caribbean and the Haunted Mansion. Then we watched the parade. By then it was time for Space Mountain. We shopped for souvenirs. We went back to the California Adventure for the Electric Parade, the back to Disneyland for fireworks and finally Fantasmic. By the time we got out of there, it was nearly midnight. I am exhausted.

Week In Review

Last week was the last week of school for the kids. Carolynn had a ton of year-end activities last week. She is now an elementary school graduate.

Catherine has now been promoted to 3rd grade. It is very exciting.

I am trying to keep the kids’ minds and bodies busy for the summer. Both of them want to spend a lot of time sitting in front of computers, TV’s and video games. Therefore, we now have a designated amount of book reading to do. (One whole chapter a day, unless it is Catherine and she happens to read a non-chapter book.) Carolynn is reading Are You There God? It’s Me Margaret. by Judy Blume and Catherine was reading Charlotte’s Web. I think she is now reading a chapter book about a puppy. Catherine is really into funny poetry. She likes Shel Silverstein and Jack Prelutsky. We have 1 Shel Silverstein book (Runny Babbit) and 2 Jack Prelutsky books (It’s Raining Pigs and Noodles and A Pizza The Size Of The Sun)

In addition, a new requirement to keep little minds busy, more website posting. The new rule is a minimum of two posts per week. That can include videos, pictures or whatever they want, but they have to come up with it by themselves and do as much of the work as possible. Right now Carolynn is working on a video. Catherine prefers to write hers.

Keeping bodies busy is proving more of a challenge. We have lived in this apartment almost 8 months and we have had no less than six separate apartment managers. Our current manager is the longest lasting, having been there since right after Easter. She is nice enough, she gets things fixed quickly (the garbage disposal, the dishwasher), and I get proper receipts for my rent. However, she has implemented a new “no playing” rule in our building. There is to be no bike riding, scootering, or skating anywhere. There is also to be no hula-hoops or jumping rope. There are no grassy areas. Our complex is small. To enforce these rules, and because all of our apartments are full and she has nothing else to do, the apartment manager has taken to patrolling the area and handing out violations to rule breakers. She has already warned both my kids to quit their playing. (One was running on the sidewalk and the other was drawing a hopscotch). We have not received any official “tickets” yet, but according to her rules, three violations and you are out. With all these rules, getting out and moving will be a challenge for the kids. We do have a pool, but they cannot swim all day.

We considered moving, however, I really do not want to. As far as apartments go, ours is pretty nice and we have yet to find anything better. We have plenty of room and we are all settled in. Therefore, unless something fabulous comes a long, we are staying here. That will probably be awhile because fabulous places do not drop out of the sky and we are not looking that hard.

Maybe we will get some good exercise in August when we are planning a vacation. The plan is to go on vacation to… San Diego. Seriously, this is a hot vacation destination and we live here and do not take advantage of it. Besides, we won’t have to pay for hotels, we won’t have to pay for eating out for every meal and we can keep gas prices down. We can go to the beach, Seaworld, Balboa Park and the zoo, Belmont Park, the Wild Animal Park, Seaport Village, Coronado Island, Old Town, and so on. We get plenty of local discounts. We already have Seaworld tickets and Zoo and Wild Animal Park tickets. We may even try Legoland tickets. Catherine wants to see a baseball game. It will be fun. I need to use up my vacation time during the slow season anyway. The plan is sometime during the first two weeks in August before the kids go back to school.

Tomorrow we are going to Disneyland. It will be our last trip before our passes expire. Technically, they do not expire until August 15, but they are blocked out for the whole month of July and the first two weeks in August. We are not renewing them, mostly because we cannot afford them. Oh well, we will still have Seaworld and the Zoo/Wild Animal Park. Tomorrow will be fun. We are leaving the house early and staying late. Everyone gets to pick one “must ride”. We are definitely riding the new Finding Nemo submarines. Carolynn wants to ride the Matterhorn and Catherine wants to ride Space Mountain. I want to ride Peter Pan’s flight. I also want to see the Electrical Parade, Fantasmic and the fireworks. It will be awesome. The kids are so excited. It’s the first “Summer Vacation” thing we are doing.

Fifth Grade Rocks

The Last Day Of School

It's summer vacation! On the last day of school we had a party. We had ice cream, M&M's and chips. We made sock puppets. We saw a cool play in Mrs. Burris' class. That was the best day ever.

The Last Days Of School

This Monday at school my class had a colonial times party! I made a candle out of real wax. It took me forever but finally it was done and it smelled good. I also made my own butter out of milk. We shook the bottle we put the milk in and it was butter. We compared our butter to store bought butter and I thought the one I made was better. After that, I made a colonial doll. It was very weird looking. When I got home, I played Polly Pockets. Then when my mom got home, she lit the candle I made. It melted faster then a store bought candle.

On Tuesday, I went to The Wave. It was so fun. I went at 9:30 and went home at 4:00. I went on the body slide 9 times. It was awesome. I had pizza for lunch with chips and a soda. After that, I swam in the warmest pool ever. It felt nice. Then I had some shave ice. It was so good. Then I played some more. Finally, I went home.

On Wednesday, I had I BBQ at school. I had a hot dog and chips. And I got extra recess. It was so fun. I also got every ones autograph. I also watched Night of the Museum at school.

Today I had my graduation. I wore a yellow dress. I got a lot of awards. We sang songs. I was the shortest girl there. After that, we went to IHOP.
I saw Anna and Brianna there. When I got home, I played on the computer and picked Catherine up from school. And my summer vacation started!

Summer Vacation

It's the last week of school! These are things I did in the school year:

Disneyland
Seaworld
Camping
Boomers
Movies
My Birthday

Now here's the things I'm going to do over the summer:

More Disneyland
Seaworld
Camping

I'm going to maybe have a great time in 3rd grade.

Weekend Excitment

On Friday when I got home from school, I did stuff. I played on the computer. I played Polly Pockets in my room. When my mom got home, we went to panda express and it was delicious.

Saturday I got donuts. They were also delicious. I went to a nail place and got my nails done. They are orange and my toes have flowers on them. I got a new bathing suit and a dress for my graduation I also got a haircut short. Then we went to the grocery store. We had hamburgers for dinner.

Sunday I just hung out around the house. It was lazy time. We went to the pool too.

New And Improved

In case you had not noticed, this website went through a bit of a change. We did not really add anything new on here (except for Bart Simpson) but we changed the look. Now it is less tropical, more fruit.

The biggest change you will find now is our expansion. To the right at the top you will find the Bowl of Fruit.

I have not had much to write about. I have just been working. Oh, my grades came in and I got an 87 in math and a 98 in my multicultural class. I rule! We had a nice camping trip to Julian a couple weeks ago, in case you have not seen the movie. We saw Pirates of the Caribbean 3. It was awesome. The girls and David and probably Kina, are going to see it again. Well, that is it for now. Carolynn has been doing all the exciting stuff. Maybe she will write about it. Probably not…
